Structure:
The Twin screw pump is also called the double screw pump, which is crystallization from modern design technology
and modern high precision manufacturing technology. According to the manufacturing standard of modern sanitary fluid
equipment,the pump is introduced open and modular operating mode and sanitary design structure, which eliminate any
dead area in the equipment and can be completely for CIP/SIP operation. Based on sanitary standard and demand from
EHEDG, FDA, GMP and 3A,the operators keep improving to ensure a high- quality of the equipment.
The specially designed spiral system, by meshing mutually and relative motion in the cavity, forming a series of small
parallel rooms with dynamic and mutual sealed space curved surface, meanwhile, forming a close fit between the
spiral and the in-wall of the cavity, and the section between the front end (suction inlet) of the cavity and the rear-end (outlet) is separated into various small sealing cavities. With the rotation from the spiral, the continuous meshing and disengaging movement repeat the same motion from front to back. The sealing structure from the dynamic rotary curved surface successively encloses the fluid from the cavity in the suction inlet,and keeps pushing the fluid to the outlet for smooth discharge along the spiral axis.

The direction of motion from the screw rotor is the same as the flow direction from the supplies, so the supplies are
not destroyed or stirred. The crew rotor can be flatly rotated or reversely rotated; the operator can arbitrarily change
the flow direction based on the needs of productive technology; The pump can deliver materials containing graininess,
and won't arise any shear or destruction for products; The pump can deliver materials with low and high viscosity,
only materials can be flowed, can they be delivered.The pump can deliver liquid, and can realize a mixed conveying
with air-liquid, solid-liquid and materials, even appearing a lot of bubbles,there won't be Water Hammer effect.Based
on the pump types, there are eight major series, flow with 3300m7h is optional;Based on viscosity of liquid, pressure
with 0.6-2.5Mpa is optional;Flow with various viscosities can be conveyed,the highest up to 2,000,000cps;
The highest rotary speed can up to 4000rpm; The highest operating temperature can up to 150?;The inhalation performance is fine, owning special auto-suction capacity, vacuum degree of -0.09MpaWell-distributed and continuous flow, small pulse and vibration and low noise;Solid modular structure,easy for installation and maintenance; The common 2 pole or 4 pole motor and the variable frequency speed control system can be optional; The pump body is the core component of the whole system, which is consist of front cavity cover,cavity,and screw rotor, axis of rotation,mechanical seal cavity and mechanical seal. The drive shaft is adopted rough and reinforced design and one-body structure,and selected superior and high-intensitive stainless steel materials with special precipitation; while,the mechanical seal is adopted circulation-type water closing mode, high-pressure spring, hygiene, safety and durability.
