The Jacket pot is widely used for Pharmacy, Food , and Chemical industries to cook, boil or concentrate according to technology requirements.
Heating way:
Gas heating ; Steam heating ; Electric to heat the oil or water in the jacket;
Sometimes the kettle will need the agitator with Scrapers & Covers which depends on customer's requirements.
Agitator:
Motor: Generally use ABB , SEW, Siemens which has good quality and convenient after-sale service all of the world.
Cover: Usually be open lids with handle. One side lid or two half open lids;
The kettle can be made by two types - Fixed kettle or Tilting kettle; For the Tilting kettle the main body can be rotated within 180 degree by the tilting system, which is easy to pour the products in the kettle.
All the material in contact with products used stainless steel featuring good anticorrosion and durability which are in accordance with GMP standard.

Jacketed kettle is composed of kettle, bracket, worm wheel and worm etc. The kettle can revolve with 180° , The equipment is used for open concectration, mainly for decocting and concentration of liquids in industries of pharmaceutical industry, food industry, chemical industry and light industry etc. Contact area of the equipment with materials is made of stainless steel SUS304, which has perfect corrosion_proof performance, and is highly endurable according to GMP requirements. Blender also can be added according customer requirements.
The equipment is mainly applicable for the storage of raw chemical material and compressed air in petroleum and chemical industry. It is made of carbon steel or SUS304. The exterior surface adopts painting or sanding and semi-luster polishing. The volume, orientation and diameter of pipe mouth can be designed and manufactured according to customer requirements.
