Industrial high shear liquid mayonnaise stainless steel in-line static mixer pump
1. Main Features of liquid inline mixer:
a. Inline High Shear Emulsion Pump consists of one set of precision engineered stator and rotor inside the chamber.
b. The strong centrifugal forces generated by the high speed rotation rotor absorb the materials into the working chamber of the rotor and stator from axial direction.
c. All the materials dispersed, sheared and emulsified by the multi-layers Stator & Rotor and then ejected from the axial direction.
d. Stable finished products with high quality are produced after one time circulation or times.
2. Reference Parameter of high shear inline single stage mixers:
a. Voltage Supply: 110-480V, 50/60Hz.
b. Seal: Dual End Mechanical Seal ( Pressure Balance Device is optional.)
c. Materials: SS304 or SS316L.
d. Speed: 0-2900 rpm (Frequency Converter Control can be choose)
e. Flux: 0-130T/H
f. Outlet Pressure:≤0.2 MPa.
g. Pipeline Connection: Flange, Clamp or Union
h. Package: Standard Exported Package (plywood case).
