Usage:

Structure:
    The equipment liquid storage containers, by the reducer, stirring paddle and the material valve, disc thermometer and other components. 
1, the inner stainless steel plate SS304 or SS316L material, the surface mirror polishing. 
2, the middle jacket: made of SS304 steel, spiral jacket device, cold water from the bottom up without pressure, to achieve the purpose of the best heating and cooling. 
3, the external insulation group: the environmental polyurethane foam casting, maintaining the temperature difference with the outside, to the effect of insulation. 
4, reducer: reducer output shaft connected with the stirring paddle, the use of Looper connection, easy disassembly cleaning. 
5, additional devices: sterile respirator, sterile sampling port, manhole, import and export, thermometer, CIP cleaning balls
 
    It can be customized according to special requirements of our customers. Total height is computed according to the height (800mm) of the discharge outlet. If the height of discharge outlet is changed, total height shall be adjusted.
