Product Description

Application:
It is widely applied to taking sample from pot body or pipeline under aseptic condition,and can conduct sterilization treatment before and after sample taking each time.

Aseptic sampling valve consists of three parts:
1)a valve body
2)a valve head
3)a membrane
The rubber menbrance is placed on the stem of valve head and works as a stretchable plug.
The valve bodies and valve heads are interchangeable.

Advantages:
1)Sterilization can be conducted at original position with vapour or alcohol.
2)Sampling is typical,with good repetitiveness.
3)Secondary pollution is avoided,sampling in large or small quanlity is both workable.
4)Material is directly sealed with diaphragm.
