Inline emulsifier pump is a high performance equipment used for continous production or dealing with meticulous of material in the small body contain 1-3 groups antithesis bittenmulti-layer stator and rotor which drive to adjust rotary by the motor,having a powerful axial suction sucking the material into the body.It dieperses,cuts and emulsifys material in shortedt time, and the material size and distribution become narrow,fine,after that,can produce meticulous and long term steady products.

Thick teeth-Striking,breaking,cutting,dissolving,rough separating
Middle teeth-separating,granulizing,speeded dissolving,emulsifying
Thin teeth-micro separating,enhanced emulsifying,homogenizing,starching.

2. Viscosity range of delivering material: 0.2CP~3,000CP
3. Max. pressure at outlet:0.05-0.2Mpa
4. Product temperature range: -30ºC~150ºC.
Emulsion pump warranty
Since the acquisition date,mechanical seal warranty period is 6 months other parts within 12 months,the
product is free warranty in normal use.
Beyond the time limit, if need exchange parts,charge cost of overhaul according to the circumstances.
Under warranty,no free repair in any circumstances below:
a. No purchase vouchers (Invoice or Receipt)
b. Damage caused by disassembling or modification
c.Due to the careless error use or improper use man-made damage
d.Under the condition of not usually use(e.g long time used in Harsh place ) caused by the fault or damage
e.Product packaging is not complete, the exterior pollution for use.
