Working Principle of Jet mixer
When the rotor runs, A strong Liquid vertical circulation is generated. The liquid in the container begins to circulation as a whole part, thus achieve a overall mixing in the container. On the other hand, The rotor works in a very high speeds, generate a strong shear force around. The shear liquid goes to every corner of the vessel with the overall mixing. Thus, All the liquid is equally sheared and mixed, Which is totally different from traditional mixing.
