 High Shear Inline Mixer/Lubricant Oil Pump/Lubricant Pump

    BLS High-Speed Shearing emulsification pump is a new product researched and developed 

by our company after assimilating foreign advanced techniques and processes.

    Its various indicators can reach the domestic advanced level and quality can meet GMP 

technical requirements for IS09001 certified products. 

    It is especially suitable to emulsification homogeneous machine of essential mixed liquor for

re-provision, drinking, chemical engineering, biochemistry, pigment, dye, coating and pharmacy, 

etc.

 

Main Features

a. Inline High Shear Emulsion Pump consists of one set of precision engineered stator and rotor 

inside the chamber.

b. The strong centrifugal forces generated by the high speed rotation rotor absorb the materials 

into the working chamber of the rotor and stator from axial direction.

c. All the materials dispersed, sheared and emulsified by the multi-layers Stator & Rotor and 

then ejected from the axial direction.

d. Stable finished products with high quality are produced after one time circulation or times.
